Growing over a Hymenochaete sp. and a Tomentella sp. on the underside of a Juniperus virginiana stick in a mixed pine-hardwood forest. Monomitic with simple-septate generative hyphae. Basidia 4-sterigmate. Spores smooth and thick-walled. Spore measurements: (3.3) 3.4 – 4.3 (5) × (3) 3.3 – 4.1 (4.5) µm, Q = 1 – 1.15 (1.2); N = 30, Me = 3.9 × 3.6 µm; Qe = 1.1
