Notes:
Unconventional observation – in the land of China. I thought I had noodles. Turns out they are mushrooms. The Chinese people just giggle when I ask what kind they are – but I MUST know. So delicious and paired with spicy beef and some kind of pepper (possibly schezuan – different topic for a different day). I NEED to know what these delicious mulan schezuan mushrooms are. Google is blocked here so I’m completely helpless…
