Single fruiting body growing from soil in a mixed hardwood forest. All structures inamyloid. Monomitic with simple-septate generative hyphae. Cystidia present: smooth and projecting. Basidia smaller than cystidia. Sterigmata were difficult to find. Spores smooth and thin-walled. Spore measurements: (4.6) 5.2 – 6 (6.6) × (2.6) 2.8 – 3.3 (3.4) µm, Q = (1.6) 1.7 – 2 (2.3); N = 30, Me = 5.5 × 3 µm; Qe = 1.9
