A solitary specimen in grass under mature Pin Oak, suburban residential area. Cap: 8.5 cm. Tubes: 1.9 cm. Pores: 1/mm., bruise brown. Stipe: 6 cm. X 2.5 cm., brown scabers. Flesh bruises slowly red when sliced. KOH reddish-orange on cap. Spore print pending.
