Notes:
Collected by a GSMS member. Stipe bruises blue, with the color change slowly moving from the stipe base up the length of the stipe. Cap color is dark grey. Lamellar cystidia are common, lageniform; have blunt apices that are rarely elongated. Substrate is unknown.

It was vouchered by another GSMS member. I can let him know that there are ongoing studies involving Pluteus. He may already know.

No one had seen anything like this this far south. It was a really unique find.
