Red brown species with a cap to around 40mm often seen in Eucalypt forest. Occasionally on the trunks of Dicksonia antarctica whether it mycorrhizal to these ferns is unknown. Viscid when young and wet it tends to a dusty appearance when dry. Droplets of milky latex are often among the gills. Seen in the Lorne area.
