Notes:
Growing among moss and leaf and needle litter in a mixed hardwood-conifer forest. Caps and stems viscid. Pileipellis an ixotrichoderm with abundant clamps. Gill with a gelatinized, sterile margin containing fialmentous cheilocystidia. Basidia 4-sterigmate and basally clamped. Spores smooth, hyaline, thin-walled and apiculate. Spore measurements: (5.7) 6.1 – 7.5 (7.7) × (3.4) 4 – 4.7 (5) µm, Q = (1.3) 1.4 – 1.7 (1.8); N = 30, Me = 6.8 × 4.4 µm; Qe = 1.6
