Rather large chucky veiled Hebelomas with caps up to 9.5 cm across surface.
Habitat mostly conifers.
Caps slightly fibrillose and dry.
No distinctive odor.
Spore print sparse but appeared (sl. reddish) brown.
Spores ~ 7.0-8.0 X 5.0-6.0, broadly ellipsoid and slightly rough.
Q(range) = 1.28-1.52 Q(avg) = 1.38 n=10
KOH on cap was negative.
Cheilocystidia small, elongate-clavate to somewhat cylindrical.
Small spores don’t seem to match up with knowns(?)
