Observation 418457: Inocybaceae Jülich

When: 2020-07-26

Collection location: Sarasota, Florida, USA [Click for map]

Who: MushDrywM (MushDrywM)

No specimen available

Mixed woods in very sandy soil. The scent and taste were exactly the same as that of P. cubensis. The stipe was very solid, and was quite rigid as well, easily staying flat when bisected and held horizontally. The colors in the pictures are more yellow than the specimen was in real life and do not truly do justice to how orange this specimen was.
