Pileus 6cm broad, viscid (slimy even). Lamellae free to adnexed, close to crowded and white. Stipe 9cm long and 1cm thick with swollen (2.5cm broad) ovioid bulb at base; hollow with tomentose fibrils on the inside, partial veil remnants cream colored and skirtlike. Spores white in deposit.
