Again, depending on color, this could be other things

Cladonia borealis and C. coccifera have the same minute “plaques” inside the cups, but they are yellowish and have red apothecia/pycnidia. Of course most specimens don’t have apothecia, and the pycnidia are just minute dots and I find it’s hard to distinguish “bright brown” from red in photos, especially if damp.
