Apparently on rotting twigs or debris fallen into moss (Thuidium delicatulum) on boulder in mixed conifer/deciduous forest (Mountain Pine, Yellow Birch, Oaks, Hickories).

Marasmiellus candidus also a possibility, but the spacing of the gills is closer to T. nigripes.


Note the moisture from recent rains.
