These pictures are from samples taken from a dead standing oak tree species, however I also observed many of the same looking mushroom growing from many American Holly trees. The mushrooms have a light fishy odor. No bruising observed. Very faint stems with a somewhat hairy texture. All the stems are kind of fused together.


A 4 or 5 hour spore print. White spores observed.
Cylindrica-elliptical spore morphology observed under 400x
