The base of the stem of this Inocybe was clearly turning blue.

I took these pictures on my recent trip to Mexico.

The mushroom was found near a river 100 yards behind the tents.

ID’d using macroscopic characteristics.

The blueing Inocybe in California is Inocybe calamistrata. The photos of it look very similar to your species from Mexico.
