this one is not shaggy enuf for hystrix.

The scales should be more pointed. This looks more like something in the vicinity of lanuginosa. Inocybe is rather comfortable to work with in the microscope. Check the shape of the spores and hymenial cystidia, and if they are cheilo- or pleurocystidia or both. Habitat is usually an important detail too.
