Problem is I’ve never seen any good authentic reference material of either species. All I have to go on is the couplet in Harris’s “More Florida Lichens”:

37. Podetia with farinose to granular soredia above, granular soredia mixed with isidioid squamules below; cortex dissolved except for basal collar; throughout
Florida . . . C. subradiata
