: Bills Woods, UW Madison Lakeshore Nature Preserve
: This fungus was found on a decaying log. It was pretty dry to the touch.
: This was found growing all along the fallen log. It formed these clusters and lacked a stem. It was a yellowish white color and did not have a regular growth it seemed liked. They may have coalesced over time. Most likely a crust type fungus.
: The individual clusters were about 2-3cm in width. They grew in smaller formations that formed a general cluster. These were found in different spots along this log. There did not seem to be any apothecial or basidium growth. The clusters were lumpy and had some more circular parts to it.
