Observation 45356: Rhizomarasmius pyrrhocephalus (Berk.) R.H. Petersen

very small only 3 to 6 cm tall Found growing from leaf and forest debris.Under Hickory/ Oak. Spore print white. Cape 2 cm brown slightly striated gills attached cream. Stem 6 cm very thin but tough with small hairs. Growing directly after heavy thunder storms.
