These mushrooms were growing in a giant pile of bark and wood pieces dumped by a saw mill. There were lots of other agrocybe praecox groing in with them. These looked neat so I snapped a shot. A. praecaox is highly variable in it’s gross morphology.
how about a picture of the gills? what color spore print? did it have a bulb like base?
