Notes:
Gills were dark brown, thin, widely spaced, slightly decurrent (?), broke away from stipe easily. Stipe very fragile. Spores dark cool brown.
Height: 4cm
Pileus across: 2cm.

Looks like Coprinellus disseminatus. The unusual feature of this wood rotter is the wide spaced gills do not deliquesce.
