Observation 45990: Megacollybia rodmani R.H. Petersen, K.W. Hughes & Lickey

This stalked and gilled mushroom was found under deciduous trees. The cap was 6" across and the margin was drooping and was frayed in some areas. There was some radial white striping. The gills were deep and narrow but not crowded. The stalk was 3" tall and 3/4" across, gradually widening toward the base.

Can someone identify this mushroom?
