Notes:
Pileus: light, greenish-beigish edges that become a darker green toward the center. Roughly 3.5 in. diameter. Evenly round, plano convex with a defined divot in the center. Dull and smooth. Slightly sticky when wet.

Stipe: Creamy white. Fibrillose. Roughly 0.5 in. diameter. Maintains a uniform thickness from ground level to cap. Slightly spongy interior and woody exterior. Snaps cleanly.

Gills: crowded, creamy white. Bluntly attached

Spore print: pending

Observations: Found by a pond in a mixed hardwood forest after heavy rains. Growing directly from the ground as an individual fruiting body with others scattered nearby. Very mild, slightly sweet flavor.
