Sporocarp associated with Douglas fir; minute (less than 1/2 inch diameter), hard, with visible latex which is usually associated with E. lactiflua; but also with golden coloration with hints of red, associated with E. flammicorona. Endogone has some of the largest spores in the fungal kingdom. If you look closely, you should be able to spot tiny whitish spheres, which are the individual spores.
