Observation 462895: Sistotrema Fr.

Notes:
Growing on the underside of a decorticated Pinus stick on the ground. Near Pinus spp., Taxus sp. and Rhododendron sp. All structures inamyloid. Monomitic with clamped generative hyphae. Gloeocstidia yellow and cylindrical to flexuose, with some bifurcate. Gloeocystidia measurements: (20.1) 26.1 – 47.8 (52.6) × (4.3) 4.5 – 6.9 (9.7) µm, Q = (3.4) 4.4 – 8.2 (9); N = 30, Me = 36 × 5.7 µm; Qe = 6.4. Basidia urniform and 6-sterigmate to 7-sterigmate. Basidia measurements: 15.9 – 16.2 × 4.6 – 5 µm, Q = 3.2 – 3.5; N = 2, Me = 16.1 × 4.8 µm; Qe = 3.4. Spores smooth, hyaline and thin-walled. Spore measurements: (3.1) 3.2 – 4.1 (4.3) × (2.3) 2.34 – 2.8 (2.9) µm, Q = (1.2) 1.3 – 1.6; N = 30, Me = 3.6 × 2.5 µm; Qe = 1.4.
