It took me a few minutes to realize what it probably is, as I’ve seen this species only once in NJ (many moons ago). It’s a denizen of the outer Atlantic coastal plain. There are numerous MO posts of rubriflavus from FL and other Gulf states. One NC collection was sequenced for me several years ago. I had no idea what it was back then. :-)
