feeding on wood by the grassy side of a trail along the ridge of ravenna park.

gills looked free at first but on close inspection are probably notched or attatched (not decurrent).

stipe kinda tough, probably tapered at base, feels hollow. fades from a dark red to a pale orange. no evidence of ring.

cap is comparatively softer than the stipe, are planar or concave when mature but slightly convex when young.

moderate but generic mushroomy smell observed.

spore print is a vivid white from a mature cap
