or probably not S. scabrosus. I’ve never seen it with white flesh and white spines: usually just the tips of the spines are white, and the rest of the fungus either normall darker colored with non-cracked cap, or much darker colored cap. I would say Sarcodon, but only after I enlarged the photos as large as possible: spines are TINY!
