Who: Bob Zuberbuhler (Bob Z)

No specimen available

A medium size stalked, gilled mushroom found growing on the ground in deciduous woods. The convex cap has a depressed center and is tan or grayish with radial lines. The whitish gills seem to be free and are unusually deep, there being only a thin layer of flesh that is almost non-existant toward the edge (photo #3).
