Plieus: 3-3.5 cm diam., viscid, globose when young becoming convex, umbonate, hygrophanous, caramel brown drying out to tan, with white veil remenants attached.

Stipe: 5 cm in lenth, 0.5 cm diam., veil remains absent, fibrilose below anular zone, smooth and striate above, colour cream to tan.

Gills: close, sinuate, greyish brown.

Habit: gregarious to cespitose on horse dung.
