The margin of the cap is striate; there is a persistent ring on the stem; there is a bulb at the base of the stem; the cap is bright yellow (maybe more orange toward the middle. ….

Either it is a species of section Validae with a very thin cap that produced striations. Or it is a species of section Amanita that has a more conical cap than one usually sees in that section.

Someone might say flavoconia or elongata…or someone might say something close to frostiana

I don’t feel compelled to go one way or the other.
