it is not Amanita parvipantherina

that species is smaller, only 1-2 inches wide and brighter/not as brown. Yang Zhuliang, at Kunming Institute of Botany, speaks of several undescribed species in the complex in SE Asia. Until the provisional species gets published, A. pantherina group is the best name for it.
