At first I thought I’d found another Nolanea. But these were very fragile, the stipes were yellow and the spores turned out to be brown. Once I keyed them in Arora, I could see their relationship to B. vitellinus. They were fruiting under oak in wood chip mulch along with Stropharia riparia and some Coprinellus sp.
