Observation 50510: Cuphophyllus pratensis (Fr.) Bon

When: 2010-08-17

Collection location: Steuben, Maine, USA [Click for map]

Who: damon brunette (damonbrunette)

No specimen available

I need serious help on this one. Basically they look close to washed out small C cibarius. Found in moss in a mostly spruce forest. Ive heard mention of Camarophyllus pratensis but they just look so much closer to chanterelles (not that they are!)….any ideas?
