Recognized by sight: look like it , but why he was growing on the ground under conifers?

Recognized by sight: Ductifera is always on wood. This probably belongs in Sebacina, probably mycorrhizal. It should have hollow lobes. It used to be called tremella reticulata, but all Tremella species are parasites on other fungi. The epithet “reticulata” is not available in Sebacina— already used.
