Notes:
Possibly Armillaria Tabescens, but not sure, has no ring on stem and with the ’scale’effect on stem and cap suggest a mature specimen.

unsure, my puppy ate the specimen, believe it or not! I have seen other specimens with a ring on the stem though…sorry, it’s all I have to go on..initial look a likes include scaly pholiota, any ideas anybody?
