Don’t know if it helps

with more details here. It’s a larger trouble that we don’t know which species you have to choose from. The PNW key to Inocybe leads to praetervisa, and so do my european keys..

Thanks Irene, I am trying to improve my photography. Year before last year, I tried doing cystida shots but I have very shaky hands and I had a lot of trouble sectioning the lamella. After a several hours of trying I was left with a lot of mushy gills and nothing even close to a usefully shot. But you are right, it would make my observations a lot more useful if they contained cystida shots as well. I will give it another try and hopefully have more success.

praetervisa or something similar.
Very good pictures! Perhaps you’d like to make them complete with cystidia from the gills too.
