Habitat:
Found alone, growing from soil (Possibly from buried wood debris), beside railroad in predominately pine forest.

Pileus:
1.75cm broad, tan-yellow or light brown-yellow, umbonate, textured, convex to campanulate, striate and very incurved margin

Lamellae:
Free, close, yellow

Stipe:
5.25cm long, .2cm thick, top half is yellow, annulus present, bottom half going down is cream fading to a brighter yellow, enlarging at base
