Leucoagaricus sp. in section Rubrotincti

California has a rich flora of these species in section Rubrotincti. The real L. rubrotinctus is an east coast species, originally described from New York.
Most of the species here are undescribed, there are names for L. rubrotinctoides (a big, darker coloured species), and La. glabridiscus.
This is one of the many still unnamed ones.

a pale L. rubrotinctus type thing. But Else says that is a very ambiguous species concept anyway.
