These were found on 11.12.07 .
Note the distinctive blue annulus. This bluing is indicative of psilocin / psilocybin containing species, and the annulus is often the only noticeably blue feature of Ps. stuntzii, hence the nic name “Blue Ringer”.
A fairly uncommon species in Northern California.
