Im thinking not Ganoderma either, color was flesh tone on top and slightly off-white under. the surface is velvet smooth to the touch though they are hard as a rock. The dead Birch had a dozen or more on it from this large shelf at the base to smaller ones the size of a childs fist. It is a poly of some kind Im sure, but haven’t been able to figure out which.
