Peridium in cross-section appears to show bluing.
Can’t see a lot of rhizomorphs on the peridium, which looks more felty than stringy. In cross-section, locules look too small for more Rhizopogons. Might consider Gymnomyces. But without spore shot it’s going to be difficult to get this pinned down.
