Undoubtedly Psathyrella

As far as the species goes, microscopy is definitely required.

There are subtleties of the pileus (the hygrophany appears different in the two genera, and Panaeolus tend to be more smooth), and especially gill attachment and the gills, that distinguish this as a Psathyrella rather than Panaeolus.
