its dark brown cap suggest that this species is P. rickenii according to the encyclopedia of fungi of britain and europe by Michael Jordan.

In our area this specimen grows on rich soil between grasses no dung.

I agree that P papilionaceus grows on dung. I recall this from Stamets Psilocybe book and he has a good section on Panaeolus.

Isn’t Panaeolus papilionaceus usually a dung grower? (Like I know…)
