Observation 64220: Psathyrella gracilis group

When: 2011-03-08

Collection location: Samuel P. Taylor State Park, Marin Co., California, USA [Click for map]

Who: Ron Pastorino (Ronpast)

No specimen available

Notes:
Spores were ~ 12.0-13.7 X 7.2-9.0 microns, smooth and with a germ pore.
The spore print was purplish to purple-black.
They were very fragile and degraded before I could do any more microscopy on them.
The spores were a little too wide for Psathyrella gracilis but seemed to be in that group.
