Recognized by sight: White. Nos sure what happened to the annulus.

Recognized by sight: white form. note inner limb of volva inside of volval sac, exannulate, with a shaggy appearance to stipe. was the edge striate? can’t see here…but velosa looks to be a better fit than ocreata. of course a bit of Meltzers on those spores would also tell the tale, as would KOH on the cap (bright yellow with ocreata).
also next6 time, pull off the volva and see if the stipe is straight up and down…
