Looks like Hymenochaete tabacina or rubiginosa but I do not know if this temperate species also does occur in tropical rainforest regions like there…

Ellis & Ellis give this key for Hymenochaete s.l.

which lead me to believe that the margin color and degree of effusedness/pileation were reliable ways of separating H. rubiginosa and H. tabacina. I’m probably foolish for thinking it would be that easy (see here).
