Thank you Byrain Jonathan and Walt for the ID. This is my first V. conica find. It was growing in a spot that looked really good for morels, but I found no morels there, just this one little verpa.

that V conica and V digitalis is the same thing, but V digitalis are older specimens, at least from my personnal experience they are abundant in a forest minute away of my house!
