My neighbor pointed these out to me in one of her potted plants, some kind of fern. The soil was a composted organic mix with lots of shredded wood mixed in.

Why did you nuke Pholiotina utricystidiata suggestion? Is it too much to reason that two identical looking Pholiotina growing in potted plants across the street from each other might be the same species? This is just going to be annoying when I actually come back and scope this…
