Actually not really almond, but similar. They had an intense kinda sweet smell, something with a hint of almond but more something else, kinda spicy and sweet. Actually Arora lists these as the anise mushroom, but I’m not sure I would call it anise either.
Not like the A. albolutesens, which were just pure almond.
