An important thing to check for this genus

Check the spot test of the cortex, disk and medulla of the apothecia separately — very difficult to do, requiring careful application with needle or toothpick under 30x or more magnification (at least for me!) For example:
O. africana has C+r medulla but C- cortex
O. trochophora has C- medulla but C+r cortex
I will keep your advice in mind.
